Preventing infection at Kommunikationscentret

Kommunikationscentret (Center for Communication Disorders) adheres to the Danish Health Authority’s guidelines to prevent the spread of the Corona virus.
Vent...

This means that:

  • If you live in an area that has been placed on lockdown due to a high infection rate, you must be able to present a negative COVID-19 test taken within the previous 72 hours
  • You must wear a face mask when moving around the Center
  • You will be met by a consultant wearing a face mask and possibly also a disposable suit
  • The consultant will have washed or sanitized their hands just before the meeting with you
  • The meeting room will have been cleaned before you arrive
  • We won’t shake hands, greeting you with a smile instead
  • Whenever relevant, there will be a transparent screen between you and the consultant
  • Relatives may not attend the session except by prior agreement. Relatives must wear a face mask
  • Relatives must not wait in the waiting area
  • If so desired, you can arrange to have the investigative report or memo for the day sent to your e-Boks

Our expectations of you:

  • It is important that you cancel the session if you have any symptoms of virus
  • Please contact us if you have been with anyone who is ill and has tested positive for COVID-19. Together we will decide whether we can go ahead with the session
  • We expect you to wash/sanitize your hands just before the session, and adhere to the Health Authority’s recommendations on social distancing and coughing into your sleeve

Thank you for your understanding! We need to take care of each other during this time.
